Pastry-making workshop
The gingerbread baking and decorating workshop will be led by Simon Lorenčič. Participants will take home detailed recipes with preparation procedures and the desserts they have made. The workshop lasts 3 hours.

APITHERAPY IN WINTER**
Workshop
The workshop will introduce apitherapy, the targeted use of bee products, including honey, wax, propolis, royal jelly... Participants will learn about the process of making honey salves, and will make their own winter salve to take home.
