CASTLE GARDENS AND DINING**
Culinary workshop
With the help of Meta Pivec, a research assistant at the Botanical Garden of the University of Maribor, participants learn about weeds and flowers that can add vitamins and energy to their daily meals. In the spring workshop, they will prepare nettle cream soup and learn how to use different edible young leaves.
