culinary workshop

The weeds and flowers that flourish outside the vegetable beds of our gardens can be an interesting vitamin and energy boost to everyday meals.
We will learn about plants and their uses under the guidance of Meta Pivec, assistant in the University of Maribor Botanical Garden. Together we will prepare chocolate pudding with chia seeds and mint and refresh themselves with refreshing vinegar, sea buckthorn, lemon verbena drinks, limes and hollies.
