Book The Ancestor by Kazimir Kolar has been described by critics as "a striking combination of philosophical essay and mystery-crime novel". The novel's central theme is grotesque scenes, violence and often inexplicable aggression. The novel is part of Fabula's Selection 2025, and the conversation with the author will be moderated by Tonja Jelen.
