The nuns also made small figurines of reclining Jesus Christ, which they placed in the manger prepared in their rooms for Christmas. In the Slovene Museum of Christianity in Stična, we keep some historically younger works from the first half of the 20th century from Škofja Loka. Such small wax figures of Jesus were also made by the nuns in the Ljubljana monastery. They still sold them a few years after the Second World War.

The little Jesus is made entirely of wax. The fingers of the right hand are missing. He is wrapped around the loins with white silk. His eyes are drawn, around his head is a nimbus of gilded wire. He lies on a white cloth and wooden boards.

The special feature among these little reclining figurines is definitely the miniature Jesus, which measures only a good 2.8 cm. It is made entirely of wax. A piece of cloth is wrapped across the loins. He rests on golden rays of decorative paper, in a round box lined with waxed yellow paper.
