Culinary workshop
Weeds and wildflowers that grow beyond our gardens can be a tasty and nutritious addition to the menu. We will explore the plants and their uses under the guidance of Meta Pivec the expert associate from University of Maribor Botanical GardenAt the sixth meeting, we will prepare floral canapés made from slices of Jerusalem artichoke and the vibrant blossoms of nasturtium, complemented with fresh herbal and dairy spreads from chives, red clover, and other plants.
