The museum's long-standing educational programme, the Small Symposium, is focusing this year on the tradition of sports associations in Slovenia. The theme is related to the project of the Maribor Regional Museum, Fashion Month, as the main themes of this year's programme were fashion and sports. The children will present the cultural heritage of sports associations. They wrote about important sports personalities who were members of the societies, about the achievements of the societies and athletes, and they were also interested in how the societies functioned in the past and how they function today. The papers will be presented by the participating students on 10 October 2023, at 10.00, in the Knights' Hall of the Maribor Regional Museum.
