The lives of our ancestors were very different from the lives we live today. In the time of our great-grandparents and great-grandparents, there were no cars, no television or telephones. In their free time, they read books, sang or socialised by chatting. Children played with simple toys, which they often made themselves. Schools were simple, with only a few books and notebooks, and they wrote with pens dipped in ink.
