Guided tour of the exhibition
In the second half of the 19th century, when Maribor was experiencing an economic and cultural boom, the painter Eduard Lind established himself as an important portraitist of the townspeople of the time. His extensive oeuvre of paintings made him one of the most important visual chroniclers of the time.
The exhibition, which is on view only until 19 October 2025, will be guided by the artist Dr Valentina Bevc Varl, which was awarded the Valvasor Medal for outstanding achievement.
