Culinary workshop
Weeds and wildflowers that grow beyond our gardens can be a tasty and nutritious addition to the menu. We will explore the plants and their uses under the guidance of Mete Pivec, Associate Professor at the Botanical Garden of the University of Maribor. At the seventh meeting, we will prepare a fresh almond dessert and hot drinks made from chicory, dandelion, acorn, lupine and barley.
