On a short guided tour of the exhibition, children will learn about the magnificent Romans through the displayed objects. They will see how the Romans lived, spoke, dressed, what they ate, what they believed, and how they entertained themselves. This will be followed by a hands-on experience in the museums workshop space: the children will have the opportunity to grind grain with a stone hand mill, assemble a mosaic, dress in a toga, play the Roman game rota, and write on waxed tablets.

If desired, you can subscribe to a package of six museum workshops, choosing from a selection of eight, or opt for individual museumettes. The price for a single workshop is €3 per child, while the subscription for six workshops costs €15 per child. For groups smaller than 10 participants, the program has a flat fee of €30 per group.
