Great Creations of Small Masters is a traditional museum education project. Castle - Tresure themefocuses on design then and now. We invited primary school pupils to try their hand at designing a logo for a children's museum, or to draw a design that best represents a museum for children. The call for entries and the invitation to participate were sent to primary schools and published on the website of the Maribor Regional Museum.

The students created their work at home during the corona virus epidemic, and photos of their work were shared with us by their mentors. Therefore, this year, exceptionally, we are exhibiting the submitted works mostly as printed reproductions.

Some of the submissions were also posted on Facebook and Instagram.

Our invitation was answered by 79 pupils from seven primary schools and two pre-school children. The participating pupils and children are from the following primary schools and kindergartens:

Printed reproductions of the submitted works will be on display from the 10th of June until the 31st of August 2020 on the ground floor of the castle tower at the Maribor Regional Museum.
