During the thematic guided tour, Dr. Valentina Bevc Varl, Museum Consultant, will present
one of the oldest books in the possession of the Maribor Regional Museum, the
Pietro Andrea Matthioli's 1563 apothecary book Kräuterbuch (Book of Herbs).
On our walk to the University Library of Maribor, we will first stop at the
a billboard exhibition in Castle Square, which presents the library's 120-year history,
and their oldest book, P. Lombard, from the 12th century, will be on display in the library itself.
