The time after World War II. everything was scarce, but people everywhere were building something and everything was growing. There was joy and hope, laughter and enthusiasm. The company Tobi from Bistrica near Limbuš started to develop the production of household appliances.
When Gorenje was still nowhere to be found, a small company in a small town near Maribor was looking for innovative young people, recruiting technical graduates and becoming the first company in the country to conquer the production of kitchen stoves and refrigerators.
Although they developed many well-known products during their lifetime, these later ended up in other companies and the factory in Bistrica near Maribor went bankrupt. Why didn't the little factory grow into a big one?
